    泰伯集团储备资产管理局经泰伯集团董事会批准，将向中央银行质押220亿TiebCoin来兑换200亿hTC，其余20亿TiebCoin用于储备资金。
    本次质押兑换是为了提前布局Layer2网络，后续将会公布审计结果。
