    经泰伯集团董事会、泰伯中央委员会批准，泰伯中央银行研究决定调整利息税起征标准。
     存款利息征收基准从1.75%提高到2.75%，银行存款利息率低于2.75%的将征收利息税。
     贷款利息征收基准提高到8.75%贷款利率。
